RyzenbergOn: Sweet Tooth — Bienvenue a New York, mon cherie!

So one of my favorite Parisian pleasures is coming stateside and I couldn’t be more delighted. Famed macaron shoppe (and favorite of those fashionistas who DO eat) Laduree opened a locale in NYC, so there’s no need to cross the pond to score these miniature masterpieces….(oh and the hot chocolate — tres delish!)

Unfortunately, this might also cause my waistline to expand. Luckily, I only make it to le grand pomme about two to three times a year, so I will continue to make sure I look magnifique in the city by the bay, or where my soul floats to (hopefully, I won’t be “bouncing from place to place)

The sweet shop’s first US store is on the Upper East Side, but they have plans to expand to Soho and soon after other cities. So don’t be surprised if you see those pretty pastel pastries near you, don’t hesitate to take a bite (or a few!!!) 

This photo was taken during my last visit to Paris in Laduree near the Opera and Rue St. Honore. Shortly afterwards, I was “politely” told that photos were prohibited, so I am glad it came out flawless!!!!
