We are approaching that time in Winter when all our looks seem drab and blah! The same coat, boots and pants routine, with maybe a variation of skirts and tights. Yes, it’s easy to fall prey to this fashion conundrum but there is one thing that will elevate any ensemble to a whole new level of hotness: LEATHER.

OK, I know that leather can seem trashy and even impossible to sport, but the key to success it to keep it classy and clean. Pair it with a solid top or button down and a scarf and simple accessories — the pants alone are going to be the main focus, so steer clear of anything flashy.

As for shoes, pumps really make the look sexy and create a je ne sais quoi feel. Remember, any outrageous footwear will cheapen the look, and the last thing you want is for someone to ask you where the Champagne Room is or for a lap dance! (although the leather pants might lead to some hanky panky of its own, and to that, I say, bravo)

As for hair and makeup, a smoky eye and a red lip will absolutely do the trick. Steer clear from from heavy eye shadows and lots of hairspray. This is not the 80s nor you want to look like a contestant from ‘Rock of Love.’ There is a reason why these looks never made an appearance during this ‘new wave’ of 80s fashions.

This is a look that can also be worn for daytime. Pair it with oxfords, a fedora, a peacoat and a sweater, and voila, you got a preppy look with an edgy feel. 

Look sexy, feel beautiful and always act like a lady. I can guarantee you this look not only make you feel like a million bucks, you might even score a free drink and even a new man!
