Ryzenberg On: It’s a Karl Christmas

OK. I swear there is no ulterior motive on my page right now. (Chanel nail polish, Fendi campaign and Father Karl window display — not planned) ALLEGEDLY.

But here is the deal, French department store Printemps unveiled a series of Karl Lagerfeld-themed holiday windows — and with that being said, even I am dreaming of a white Christmas (I am Jewish BTW!!!!)

The Kaiser, along with Vanessa Paradis (better known as Mrs. Johnny Depp although not by the covenant) were present at the event, and the display features Karl dolls in different Parisian landmarks.

Lagerfeld is known to be quite generous when it comes to gifts. He even told WWD he likes to be Father Chrismas, rather than receive gifts. And judging from what he gave uber fashionista tot Hudson Kroenig, (this tyke’s closet has most fashionistas green with envy thanks the COVETEUR) I am sure kids and adults in his list won’t be disapointed!

Now only if he could also bring peace to the Middle East!
