Ryzenberg On: Her Madgesty at the Super Bowl

We saw the game, the commercials (and even Mr. Beckham in his skivvies) but for me, the highlight of this year’s Super Bowl was — MADONNA!

For me, it was fantastic to hear her old music! There is something about listening to ‘Vogue’ and ‘Like a Prayer’ that takes me back to my younger years (can’t believe it’s been 20 years+) and I enjoyed this modern rendition with Cee-Lo.

It was fun see ‘Esther’ play with Ms. Nicky Minaj and it kept the audiences entertained, which is what a Half Time show watched by millions is supposed to do! So nice try.

Now onto the more important matters, her look. Madonna wore Givenchy Haute Couture and I LOVED it! Riccardo Tisci made me proud with all of those coats, the Egyptian inspired ensemble and those boots. Fascinator maker extraordinaire Philip Treacy was in charge of the headpieces and Bulgari sure made the Queen of Pop sparkle. 

What made everything even better? No wardrobe malfunction! Yes, there was a bit of a misstep at the beginning, but no biggie indeed.

I think Madge was truly and MVP during this fascinating sporting event — Most Valuable Performer!
