Ryzenberg On: Ferragamo S/S 2012 — Milan Fashion Week

Hands down, my FAVORITE collection of this entire season. I seriously was blown away by Massimiliano Giornetti’s vision of a woman who likes to have fun, is not afraid to mix patterns and embraces color. This has written ME all over it.

He drew inspiration from Jerry Hall circa 1970s, when she used to vacation in Mikonos, be a staple at Studio 54 and was the IT woman du jour. The models on the runway not only emulated her look, but also a feeling of confidence that few can exude.

The combinations are divine and hard to take you eyes off! Hello, that gold lame dress is simply exquisite and anyone with legs for days will rock the frock and be the talk of the town.

This collection is so feminine, so perfect and most of all chic without being vulgar and loud. Wow, I guess Ferragamo is now in the big leagues and it’s not just known for its luxurious leather goods and accessories!

I hope one day to be the belle of the ball decked in Ferragamo!
