Ryzenberg On: Beyonce’s New Bundle of Joy

He put a ring on it and four years later comes the baby carriage! Mazel to Beyonce and Jay-Z for the arrival of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter. 

The baby, already music royalty, was born Jan. 7 in New York City after rumors started swirling a week before that the pop star was in labor. As for the original name, Blue pays homage to Jay-Z’s uber succesful album ‘The Blueprint’ and Ivy is Roman numeral for Beyonce’s favorite number 4 (which coincidentally is my favorite number too)

The paparazzi are going to have a field day documenting this child’s every whereabout and I am sure tabloids, the Internet and TV are going to showcase from their first day out to the day she goes to the prom.

I must admit this is one fierce family! I was hoping Jay-Z would run for president, making Beyonce First Lady. I am not sure he’d be able to fix the staggering unemployment rate or any of the 99 problems, but it would be so much fun to have them in the White House. (OK, maybe for a day!)
