Ryzenberg On: Accessories take center stage

It was a fabulous night filled with amazing accessories at the Mira Mira/Rue Magazine Holiday Party at PhotoboothSF. People were dressed to the nines, with clear domination of anything shiny — but really what stood out for me where the amazing shoes, baubles and bags some of these gals were sporting.

I opted to go pretty in pink and picked my Alisha Levine silk shirt, a color blocking skirt from Bloomingdales, Calvin Klein tights and my adored (and very complemented) Messeca wedge booties.

I must say though, my favorite part of the ensemble was hands down my left arm, filled with bracelets from Banana Republic, my beloved ‘evil eye’ staple and other special pieces gifted to me by good friends!

Personally, I loved Poshmark Co-Founder Tracy Sun’s shoes from Zara, The Styley Kate Seward’s Claire Vivier cobalt clutch and of course, Klassy Goldberg’s Vivienne Westwood shoes and Alexander Wang Rocco bag. I have the baby Rocco and hasn’t left my arm in nearly two years; it’s my go-to preferred purse!

So now about the fiesta — Mira Mira had a wonderful pop-up shop, they were serving yummy snacks from Black Jet Bakery and Pisco, (which, by the way, had a sign that read: ‘Peru’s national drink’ YIPEE.) You could even have some Polaroids and photo taken by the talented PhotoboothSF staff. It was indeed a festive fete filled with merryment.

It’s been quite the holiday party season for me. I’ve really enjoyed mingling with fellow bloggers, meeting fantastic fashion conscious gals and learning more about local San Francisco style. It’s indeed an inspiring city, because no matter where you look, you are amazed by the street style, vibe, atmosphere and of course architecture.
