Ryzenberg: Here Comes The Bride (NOT ME)
Saying ‘I do’ can be one of the most important milestones for a woman, and Oscar de la Renta certainly helps narrow down that perfect look to make the nuptials an unforgettable experience.
In his latest bridal collection, the Dominican designer presented an array of gowns suited for every woman — draped, adorned with jewels and covered in taffeta and lace.
All of his designs could be worn by a traditional bride or a fashion forward gal opting to go for a Palazzo pantsuit.
You can tell De la Renta is a maestro when it comes to details. Everything to the flowers, shoes and baubles was elaborately taken into consideration, and overall it was a cohesive collection fit for a bride with not only impeccable taste, but a budget to match!
Now with creations like this, who wouldn’t say yes to the dress?
Now that we are in the subject of wedded bliss, I must say that to me, although looking radiant is a must, I would go for a dress that’s draped and straight, and leave behind any puffiness and intricacies.
Comfort is key, especially in a day where I know I am going to be running around and worrying about every single detail. As for a ceremony, I like something outdoor, simple and filled with flowers. The most important part is to have my friends and family present and to end the day with a smile.
Now, you ask, is there some sort of foreshadowing glooming on Ryzenberg On’s life? Not at all! As I am very single and indeed mingling to meet that suited better half that will not only balance this ball of energy, but also read the dog-and-pony show at least two times a week!
