Falling Into Transitional Sartorialisms & More Ojai Love

It’s pretty evident that I have love for Ojai, as I can’t stop thinking about my little getaway earlier this summer. But now that I am back in LA and with little plans for adventure, I look back at this sartorialism and think how this is the perfect transitional look.

I’ve worn these Marine Layer shorts pretty much all summer, and I plan on sporting them with booties  when as the temperatures (hopefully) begin to drop in Southern California. Though they are no longer available, I have some fantastic options below that also fit the bill and will fabulously work for fall. As for my go-to transitional piece, everyone out there has a denim jacket, as it’s versatile, super easy to wear, and timeless — so I am sure all five of you that read my blog have one lying around.

As I said on my last post, Ojai truly is a magnificent place to run away and relax. As I look back at all of my pictures, I feel like I can just write a myriad of stories, despite only having been there for 48 hours. Whether you are into nature, shopping, relaxing, or eating, there is something for that. It’s serene, low-key and exactly what the doctor ordered, as I needed to get out of town.

Thanks so much for all of your support when I shared my body insecurities a few weeks ago. It was such a hard post to write, but the overwhelming feedback and words of advice I received was incredible. Nowadays, I’ve changed my diet (right now it consists of vegetables, protein, and healthy fats) but soon enough I will be incorporating some sugars back, though I need to cut back on most.

I continue to exercise regularly but these past two weeks have been rather topsy turvy with my recent move and job, that I plan on hitting the gym hard core next week — with four days of cardio and two of either yoga, barre, or Surf Set.

Don’t you worry, as there will be plenty of wellness stories coming up but the sartorialisms aren’t going anywhere. Expect my content for the next few months to be fun, dynamic, and full my musings.

Hope everyone has a happy hump day!
