There is something special about the first sartorialism of the year. The trends, colors and styles are in abundance, but for me, it’s all about bringing back some of my favorite styles — since all of this pieces have at least one year living in my closet.
Combining different textures, shades and aesthetics are part of my everyday looks, but this one is particularly fun because, though it may seem overdone, it actually works. Remember when mixing prints, it’s all about neutrality and making sure it all flows accordingly. The coat and shoes add a pop of color to the relatively neutral top and pants and the bag is the perfect element of spark, which also works well with the stack and earrings.
How do you like wearing colors and reusing some of your wardrobe favorites? Do share.
