When San Francisco (specifically near the coast) gets above 70 degrees, it’s time to hit the beach or visit Golden Gate Park on the side of the Great Highway. A few weeks ago, I ventured out and explored some of the gardens, trails and fabulous lakes during a leisurely walk. The sky was blue, but you could see the fog was not happy, as it was looming on the horizon and ready for its closeup.
As always, this splash of sunshine was short-lived and the menacing fog paid a visit, so I ran and grabbed layers. Alas, I can’t wait for more summer days like this and expect to see lots of sartorialisms outside!

We are not in Amsterdam anymore: Feel the need to go Dutch? Just head to Golden Gate Park’s Wihelmina Gardens. Nestled near the Beach and Park Chalets, it is a prime spot for a picnic or just some plain R&R.
